About Me

“My daughter had severe eczema during the first year of her life. I didn’t know what was causing it. I tried switching laundry detergent, double rinsing her laundry and even changing her formula. Her cheeks would weep and I remember her scratching the red patches on her arms and legs until they bled and I was at the point where I put tiny little socks on her hands to try and prevent her from scratching. It was a very frustrating experience. If I knew then what I know now, I could’ve done so much more or even avoided the situation in the first place.”

Now instead of frustration, I get to see smiles on people’s faces when they notice an improvement in their symptoms! This can be something as simple as having more energy, eating something without reacting, enjoying pollen season, keeping a pet or being pain free.

As far as my training –am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2006) and was a BIE Practitioner from the Institute of Natural Health Technologies (2006-2011). I’m also a Registered Acupuncturist (2012). I’ve been in business since 2005.

I love to learn and continue to do so. In fact, when Acupuncture became regulated in Ontario in 2013, I went back to school passing the Ontario PLAR exam in 2017. Not an easy task when you’re pushing 50!

In my prior life, I went to the University of Waterloo for Computer Science and worked 5 years as programmer/analyst. Talk about a big switch!

How I Got Started

My introduction to nutrition and allergies was purely by co-incidence. Back in 2004, I was looking for some part time work from home. I wanted to be there for my kids and I was just beginning to show an interest in natural health. At that time, a mom friend from my children’s school introduced me to the field of nutrition. I did some research and sat in on one of the classes. Without hesitation, decided this is what I wanted to do. During the program, I discovered Bio-Feedback Analysis (aka Muscle Testing or Applied Kinesiology). I found it fascinating and I’ve never looked back. My kids were my first clients!

My Ideal Customer

I love to help those suffering from seasonal/pet allergies, food sensitivities or any other environmental allergies – even people affected by changes in the weather.

I do this by clearing blockages along your acupuncture pathways ‘WITHOUT needles’ while at the same time sending through the ‘electromagnetic signature’ of the substance you’re sensitive to – your body brings itself back into homeostasis – no more reactions (often in just 1 session)! You can learn more if you come to my FREE 1 hour Consultation.

My Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture training allows me to help people suffering from more than just traditional ‘pain’. I can help with concussions, headaches, motion sickness, digestive or menstrual issues or even people coming down with a cold/cough! The best part is…I don’t have to use needles here either!

My business has been recognized as an “Oakville Awards For Business Excellence Finalist”
