Cigarette Smoke

It’s a good thing places such as restaurants are putting a lid on smoking. The amount of damage that it can do can’t easily be undone. I heard that it takes seven years for the lungs to return to a state that is deemed “normal”.

We had this one person who needed to have a session with us right away to help him deal with cigarette smoke as he was going to be around cigarette smokers all weekend. The weekend came and went by without a single reaction. He usually got all stuffed up and his eyes would get itchy. But no such reaction at all.

We love it when that happens!
