We cleanse because our cells need a clean environment. When toxins build up in our cells, they can no longer absorb nutrients properly or eliminate toxins properly. They become congested. When unhealthy cells replicate, they are replaced by more unhealthy cells. We need to be replace them with healthier cells instead. We do that by cleansing.
