Before I get started, I wanted to let people know that even though I’m unable to see clients in person at this time, I’m definitely available for online consultations (skype, facetime or zoom) and some telemedicine services as well.

I think the quote above says everything perfectly! It’s important to keep our thoughts positive during this stressful time!

Positive thoughts keep you strong; whereas, negative thoughts create internal stress and inflammation. These are things that can actually be observed and tested!

Aside from your thoughts, you also need to feed yourself properly. Your immune system is affected by what and how you eat. We need to keep our systems strong and healthy!

We also need to keep moving – exercise is good as long as we don’t overdue it. Exercise helps our lymphatic system move. Our lymphatics are responsible for collecting and removing waste from the body. If you’re looking for some online exercise and meditation opportunities, checkout my daughter’s online yoga classes…not to brag, but she’s amazing!! She has 24K IG followers for a reason!

One final thing….please take this opportunity to do some self care. We need to rest and sleep properly. Our body does all of it’s repair work at night…proper rest provides the body with energy later!
